PSS not working but office has internet
Problem: PSS is not working in the office But they have do internet (lets use ramblewood as the example)
Issue: the vpn has lost connectivity
Solution:
1. Log into Meraki
2. Click on network and choose Ramblewood Medical Centre
3.Click on tools to the far right
4. click on Reboot Was appliance
5. Once it reboots it will re-establish its VPN connection.
