No internet and no PSS at an office
Problem: Office has no pss and has no internet (using ramblewood as an example)
Issue: Could be a stalled Meraki OS there is no internet connectivity
Solution:
1. Login and check the Meraki dashboard
2. Select Network and choose view all networks. If the affected network shows up as online/green reboot the Merkai Instructions here (clarksburg it always orange)
3. Have them power cycle the modem and meraki before calling tech support takes 5 mins The meraki light should be solid white. red or cycling means no internet. the light will cycle as it reboots once complete if it goes red / orange call the provider below.
4. Meraki is offline (red) call the proper tech support number with the site listed account # and business address. you will have to have someone on site that can assist with troubleshooting with the provider.
