USB Dock issues

This could be keyboard and mouse not working
odd resolutions or second monitor not workiong
any kind of funny usb dock behavior

unplug usb from laptop
unplug the power from the dock
press and hold the power button on the dock for 10 seconds
plug dock power back in
plug usb back into laptop
