EMR Fax Queue Control Panel NOT Clearing

When the EMR Fax queue Doe NOT Clear there is a fax that is in a "stuck status"
Check the EMR Fax Queue with the SR/Telus Web portal.
Delete the fax that has been sent or failed but remains in the the EMR Fax Control Panel.
Once that is complete the status' will update on the remainder of the queue.
